Solitaire games are great and standings keep me motivated to play. Highly recommend!

I’ve been playing this for years and it is a great solitaire app. Nearly perfect and worth every penny. There are two things I’d change though: * The auto-complete mode adds 1 second for each card it moves home and this is a huge score penalty, so I never use it. I instead do it manually which takes significantly less time. * The Vegas scoring for Klondike is worthless. There are so many losing games that it’s impossible to get a positive score. And with no undo, any mistake you make from accidentally tapping the screen is devastating. I guess if you think of the score as the Casino’s and not yours it makes sense :) but staring at negative $30,000 while experiencing constant losing streaks is pointless.

I like having an ad free option and I’m happy to pay for it. The trouble is that the touch controls are…touchy. I touch a card to move it to a stack and the app reads it as a tap if I’m not ever so careful, and then if it can go to a pile it does or else it requires an undo. In both instances, time increases and scores decrease. If you don’t mind that, it’s great. But the sensitivity is not adjustable and if you try to slide a card down from the draw pile and it ever so slightly touches the stack, it will get pulled to the Aces. Makes it very difficult to get a better high score

I have tap to move card set but it’s not working if that’s the case I don’t like the controls and want a refund thank you

The app freezes every 5-6 weeks and has to be deleted then downloaded again.

After updates and bug fixes this is the very best of ALL solitaire games out there. The graphics are fabulous and there are many games to play. But there are some glitches. The cards aren’t shuffling properly and I get many cards all the same!! The playing field is usually three or four of the same card, then another two or three the same; so I could have four 10s, two Queens, three 7s, and more duplicates over and over. Each time I press the “New” button ridiculous duplicates each time. Once in a great while, I’ll get only two pairs of duplicates and i can play that but as i play, I usually uncover more ridiculous amounts of duplicates. Another thing that is ridiculous is the Global Scoreboard. There are some people who have a computer program that plays the game (Spiderette for example) for them and finish the game in say, 35 seconds!! That is impossible for a human to play that fast but they are on the scoreboard. Still, I find mindless fun and I hold out hope for actual random shuffles.

Tried to submit a bug report and ended up with a 404 code. This app lately is draining the battery at 1% by the minute. Time to find an alternative that is worth the money.

When it comes to Klondike in this app it is a rigged game feels like playing with a deck of 51 odds of winning are at 14% even las Vegas odds are in the 40% range for winning feels like after paying the game gets rigged so frustrating and the odds should reflect as they do in real life or at least close

No ads and more time to play! Love it

I was so sick of seeing all the ads on my previous solitaire game. This game is truly ad free and it allows you to select background and card styles, which I really appreciate. One of the great features is the pause button, which stops the timer until you resume play. Love it!!!

The app looks good enough and works well, but you will never win. The odds are ridiculous. Solitaire should not be that hard. You might win one out of 10 games easily the most frustrating game on my phone. I deleted it off my phone.

This recent update does not allow you to see your win % unless you sign in and establish some sort of on- line presence that I do not want. Otherwise it is slow but OK.

It's attractive, easy to use, supports multiple devices (iPhone, iPad) well, and has a good selection of games. If I could wish for anything, it would be the addition of new games, but there are quite a few to choose from.

This is the perfect game for all ages. The price is right and no ads to date. You can actually win games. How to play a game is easy to follow. Need more games like this

This app works but it isn’t as well designed as some free solitaire games. I paid $5 and played 5 minutes. I wish I could get a refund. The cards are hard to see and you have to choose each card, specify where the card should go, then choose the same line of cards again to flip over a new card. There is a ton of flipping and choosing. The program itself seems a little beta, or DOS operated like games in the eighties and early nineties. I don’t mean to blast it entirely, it works. It just isn’t intuitive.

Love these games but Casket scoring is broken. They both record the score from the other.

The user must move most cards manually, only a few moves are automatic. I’ve played this game many times and I can’t win. Something is very wrong as I play other solitaire games and win. Not worth paying for this app.

Very dissatisfied. It doesn’t perform as promised. The game rules are not as clear as I expected. Different from what I’m used to and disappointing. The visual effects are hard to distinguish and give me a headache.

This is great - no interruptions and fast play. Many choices of different solitaire games. Can binge play or just play it to relax for a few minutes. Truly enjoy this!

I got tired of ads between games so I decided to try this no ads app for a lower fee. I like that it has lots of options and understand the programmer’s desire to keep it like real cards, but: 1) The graphics just aren’t as good. 2) for some reason, most games result in being unsolvable which is very different from my old one. It’s frustrating. 3) I understand the programmer’s reasons, but I’d like to have the tap and card flies option to save my finger joints. It’s a real issue. While I really like the lack of ads, I do prefer the Mobility app for everything else.

There are there so many bad deals .it is frustrating to play. Constantly getting message “its looking bad”. This happens at least 3 out of 4 games. Where its impossible to win the game.

The poker game has a problem because when you try to place a card in the upper left spaces it won’t stay where you want it to. It jumps to another space. It is very annoying. I enjoy the variety of games but this problem needs to be fixed.

So many games to choose from. Been playing without stopping for nearly a decade! Good instructions and hints. Thoroughly enjoyable.

I am a freecell and solitaire addict. This app is perfect: reliable and with more options than you could ever imagine. Hands down the best interface, game options and user options. 14,000 games played for me. This app is bulletproof and worth every penny.

I have been playing the games on this app for years but recently something has changed. I might get one winning hand out of 20-30 games played. I don’t know what is different but can you please put it back the way it was? It’s not much fun to lose hand after hand. 😕

Although I’ve enjoyed playing Klondike for years on this app but the scoring system is inconsistent and at times seems arbitrary. The rules state that scoring is largely based on time. Yet a sufficiently better time often doesn’t receive a record beating score. So a game played with little to zero mistakes and a time of 1:38 doesn’t beat my lowest Top 10 score? Seems off to me. Frustrating.

No basic solitaire

Why did you remove “your awesome” as one of the post game comments? I have been playing your game every night for years before I go to sleep. No one ever tells me I’m awesome except y’all. And now y’all don’t either. It seems the game has gotten harder too. All I play is Klondike. I have played it 567,000,000,000,014 times. Please put “your awesome” back before I completely lose my self esteem.

This is my favorite solitaire game. Lots of different games, rock solid app, and it is consistently updated. A+

I love the games. Please stop putting bogus scores on the personal scores page. Blank personal scoreboards are more honest.

I finally bought the $4.99 version of Solitaire City and now, for some unknown reason I just cannot win! I’ve been playing Solitaire with physical cards for about 55 years! I definitely know how to play and win. I do know some games allow you to choose if you want to win too. I don’t want that. I just want a random game, not fixed. And why am I always being signed in by cobalt… I own the game, I’d like to sign in as myself! This is a rip-off. This is not nice. But, just thought I would warn anyone thinking of purchasing the $4.99 version. I suspect the developer wants me to upgrade to a better and more expensive game. I like 3 cards dealt out and I never win. But, when I switched to 1 card, I started winning. It just doesn’t feel the same when only 1 card is dealt, instead of 3.

The only thing that makes me give it 4 instead of 5 stars is that there is no “are you sure?” on the replay this game option. Several times I have paused a game and accidentally hit the replay this game button and thrown away a great deal. Other than that, this is a great game with a bunch of solitaire games I have never played. My current favorite is Casket.

Just when I get bored with one game, I learn another which fascinates me. I just learned a new one last week, after using Solitaire City for two years. A great investment for hundreds and hundreds of hours of fun.

What happened to 1 suit double Klondike?

Playing an unwinnable game is a waste of time; no point. Otherwise, seems to be a good solitaire. For example, New game, went through the pile once. Made the only possible play, moving the ace. Get to the end of draw pile the “looking bad” message pops up. Ridiculous. I wish i hadn’t purchased the game. Read the recent reviews. The biggest complaint is that the games are not winnable. An option for winnable games only is generally included in solitaire. Not worth purchasing until that option is added.

I love this app: it is the best solitaire game on the store, with a huge amount of variety, excellent graphics, and no ads. The publisher never answers emails with feature requests, that's my only gripe.

Cool and fun

Just for fun I looked up my original purchase date for this app. October 23rd, 2008. I’ve been enjoying it for close to 14 years! Not a bad bargain, given the price. Update 9/27/2024 —————————- PLEASE add a confirmation pop up that asks “Are you sure you want to end the current game and start a new one?” when the user taps the “New” or “End” buttons. I hate it when I hit a button by mistake and wipe out my current game - seems to happen only when I’m winning!

This game actually feels similar to the table-top card game I grew up with. The games with variable difficulty settings make me wonder how the deck is shuffled and whats going on behind the scenes. This one is hard because the game is hard. It even dealt me the null game - with no moves at all. Worth every penny.

I loved this game. Played it a lot. Then an update occurred and now it is horrible. I play easy level because that helps me destress. Now when I play I see “easy mode” maybe one in 6 games. Please fix this. Or not. I am on the lookout for a new and better app
